In an exciting project, we supported a long-standing client in the assembly of a steel structure for a new plant of a third-party company. Our expertise was crucial in overcoming challenges and successfully advancing the project. The new plant includes a hall and two assembly lines specifically designed for the production of the latest battery generation (6th generation) for all electric vehicles of a renowned Bavarian car manufacturer. This innovative battery generation promises not only 30% more performance but is also 30% more cost-effective and impressively 90% recyclable. Our steel constructions play a central role in the operation of the new plant. They primarily facilitate personnel movement within the facility for maintenance purposes.

The planning and implementation of these steel structures were particularly complex due to the limited available space within the facility. An outstanding example is a platform that serves as the base for the ventilation and extraction system of the hall. The various systems are strategically coordinated to ensure a smooth production process. The steel structures not only support operations but also contribute to efficiency and safety within the plant.

An interesting question remains: How many cars or batteries will actually be produced? Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact figures; however, it is known that there are only four such plants worldwide. This underscores the exclusivity and significance of this project in the global automotive industry. With our commitment and expertise in steel construction, we are making a valuable contribution to the development of sustainable solutions for e-mobility. We look forward to continuing to participate in innovative projects and providing our clients with top-notch support.
